Kelly Marshall, Executive Chef
The Wyndham Tampa Westshore is proud to have Kelly Marshall as our executive chef. In this position, Marshall is responsible for all food and beverage operations including catering, banquets and overseeing the hotel's restaurant - The Blue Water Grill. She handles purchasing, monthly inventory, scheduling, menu design, planning and execution of functions serving up to 650 people, and training and supervising 18 employees.
Before being promoted to executive chef over two years ago, she served as the executive sous chef of the hotel, a position she held since July 2005. Prior to her work at the Wyndham, she worked in the kitchens at the Massasoit Community College Conference Center in Massachusetts; PapaRazzi, a division of the Back Bay Restaurant Group (Hanover, MA); Legal Seafoods (Boston, MA); and Long Life Noodle Company & Jook Joint (Berkeley, CA).
Marshall graduated from the esteemed Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island with a BS in culinary arts. A native of Massachusetts, Marshall currently lives in Riverview, Florida with her husband and daughter.
